Stock your pantry with seasonal superfoods like pumpkins, squash, sweet potatoes, and apples. Incorporate warming spices like cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric to boost immunity and digestion. Preparing meals with these ingredients helps align your body with the natural rhythms of the season, offering grounding nourishment.

Sleep Support Tip: Use a weighted blanket to encourage deep relaxation and improve sleep quality during the cooler months. If you’re someone who has trouble sleeping, I highly recommend getting a weighted blanket. It makes a big difference.

Too heavy makes it difficult to turn around and in my opinion from the experience of having one, it makes you restless and uncomfortable. Not a good way to get a good night’s sleep!
