This is important because if it’s a wishy-washy reason or just a curious dabble, rest assured you will fall back.Not eating enough calories and getting enough variety of nutrients.
This is a big problem for newbies because they don’t realize that eliminating animal products, eliminates a big chunk of calories.
Eating plant-based, whole foods is low in calories so it’s important to up the ante on plants to meet your caloric intake. At the same time, fuel the body with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to maximize nutrients.
